- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 applies for orders below ₹500 (calculated at checkout).
Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- Other Locations (India): 7–10 business days
- Remote locations may take longer depending on courier service availability.
Packaging
- All products are packed in air-tight, eco-friendly packaging to maintain freshness and aroma.
- Fragile or glass-bottled products are securely bubble-wrapped.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
